Is there an extra charge for these services?
There is absolutely no charge for this service as long as you book your rooms with us. We offer the best available room rates - guaranteed. There are no hidden fees - you only pay for what you reserve.

What's the catch? How can this type of personal service really be free?
We aren't a third party service or concierge. We own all the properties and manage the offerings, so we have all the resources in house to help you create the best group experience. Total Experiences offers exclusive benefits that only we can offer.

Which hotels are part of Total Experiences?
Harrah's, Caesars in Vegas and Atlantic City, Paris, Bally's, Rio, Flamingo, Imperial Palace, Harvey's in Tahoe and any other of the Harrah's properties across the country.

What kind of VIP treatment do I get?
Our specialists will work closely with you to let you know what levels of insider access your group qualifies for. The more your groups books, the better the upgrades and VIP benefits. This might include VIP check-in, access to our private lounges, VIP entry to nightlife venues, a personal concierge on site that is only available to Total Experiences guests.

Can you book outside shows, dining and activities?
Our goal is to create the best Total Experience for your group. If our properties don't offer what you are looking for, we would be happy to assist you with outside venues.

What if I am a Total Rewards member - how does this work with my benefits?
Your Total Experiences Specialist will work with your host so you receive the benefits you are entitled to even if the rest of the group is new to our properties or does not have a Total Rewards card yet. Of course, we will be happy to pre-arrange membership cards for the rest of your group so they can benefit from points earned through dining, spa, nightclubs and any other gaming or non-gaming spend on any of our properties across the country.
